Summary:

• Nexus is looking for an experienced Recruiter to work in the FMCG division, who understands the key fundamentals of being an experienced 360 Recruiter. This role is working alongside our best performing team consistently.
• The Consumer Markets are incredibly lucrative, work across skillsets in Operations manufacturing positions/ commercial/ Finance/ Supply Chain/ Purchasing/ Logistics/ HR.
• Opportunity to work in leadership or exec search – more sophisticated, very detailed, interesting conversations not just phone bashing, more exciting recruitment, building partnerships.
• Working retained searches, higher value proposition, more chance to land and expand.
• Average deal size is 30K, have had deal sizes of up to 80k in the team.
• Retained business/ sell projects/ solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the FMCG industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and ensure a successful match.
• Utilise a variety of recruitment methods, including head hunting, business development, job boards, networking events, and referrals, to attract top talent.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.

Experience Required:

• Must understand how to be a 360 Recruiter (Business development, Delivery, Process Management)
• Needs to have won own accounts and placed into them accounts.
• Can demonstrate abilities to build a desk and knows how to approach cold BD
• Negotiated terms, understands different routes to market, commercial mindset.
• Knows they want to do recruitment, understands the highs and lows of the job
• Must have recruited in a complex market which requires consultancy experience.
• Ideally recruited in Supply chain/manufacturing/ purchasing/ procurement or industries such chemicals/ FMCG areas/Industrial sectors.
• Clear progression even at a Senior level, mapped out clearly for you from day one, giving clear benchmarks on how to achieve your next promotion
