Transition Partners are currently recruiting for a key client based in the UK who is on the lookout for a Principal Mobile Developer to join their growing team on a contract basis for 3 months initially, with likely extensions.

This contract offers an immediate start, and we need someone capable of hitting the ground running as soon as possible.

Requirements / Tasks include:

• In-depth knowledge of mobile technologies, including iOS and Android platforms, and their respective development frameworks.

• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.

• Experience with mobile application development tools and technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, Java, React Native, Flutter, etc.

• Lead the mobile development team, driving the creation of high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to deliver innovative features and enhancements that meet user needs and exceed expectations.

• Implement best practices in mobile app development, ensuring the team adheres to high standards of code quality, performance, and usability.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mobile developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
