Seeking a skilled Principal Electronic Design Engineer to join our team. You'll lead the design, implementation, and verification of complex electronic solutions in encryption and cybersecurity. This role requires expertise in electronic design, leadership, and a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development

Expertise in digital and analog electronic schematic design, PCB design, and troubleshooting.

Digital and analogue electronic schematic design, simulation, implementation, and verification

• Technical Leadership

Guide standards selection, develop new techniques, and mentor junior engineers.

• Documentation and Communication

Ensure quality technical documentation and effective communication with stakeholders.

Review and author technical documents

• Engineering Support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical support, and conduct fault diagnostics.

• Technology Research

Stay updated on emerging technologies, evaluate their integration into products.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for electronic design, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in electronic design tools, RF design, and cryptography.
• Experience in leadership, technical documentation, and client-facing support.
• Experience of high-speed PCB design

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in a regulated product development environment.
• Proven track record in leading technical activities in complex projects.
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience.
• Previous involvement in security/defense domain
• Familiarity with fault diagnostics and client support.
