49 DailyThe Supply register is currently working in partnership with Ark Franklin Acadamey, in Kensal Rise to find several dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their primary phase from September 2024.

We require Teaching Assistants who are willing to work across a variety of primary year groups.

ResponsibilitiesSupport pupil learning through the delivery of specific learning and academic programmes, setting high expectations whilst encouraging their independence and building their confidenceUse strategies, in liaison with the teacher, to assist in behaviour management and to support pupils in their learning objectivesMentor students on a 1:1 and group basis, as well as planning and leading a series of booster and intervention sessionsObserve, record and feedback information on pupil performanceAssist in creating materials for curriculum deliverySupervise pupils in the playgrounds, dining hall etc and assist with general pastoral careAccompany teachers and pupils on trips and out of school activities as required within contract hours, taking responsibility for pupils under the supervision of the teacherSupporting with the stock management of the primary school stationary/educational resourcesRequirementsMust have previous experience in a childcare based role (TA, nursery practitioner, Tutor, Cover Supervisor etc.
