ABC Teachers is looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join us to be able to support our schools in Dudley on a full-time basis from September.

The schools you will be working within, will be in maintream Primary Schools in the Dudley area. 

Primary schools are seeing an increase in SEN pupils needing 1:1 support and are therefore looking for experienced Teaching Assistants to help support their pupils.

The Role:Support the day-to-day operations of the classrooms.

Provide one-on-one and small group support to children.

Quickly and professionally adapt to new situations.

Working 1:1 with students of a range of SEND needs from ASD, SEMH, behavioural needs, global delay...

About the School:The schools supports students with a variety of moderate learning difficulties and Autism.

Our schools focus on making education enjoyable while striving for excellence.

Each student will either have an EHCP or will be awaiting one and the school will tailor work to suit the students needs making it easier for you to supportRequirements To be considered for the role, you will: Have experience working with SEN.

Be able to secure recent, relevant, referenceable experience from the past two years.

Have or be able to acquire a DBS on the update service.

Be able to establish good relationships with both students and staff, and be able to understand different learning styles of students and adapt to this accordingly.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a polite and positive manner.

Be reliable for continuity purposes for the pupil.

Pay  Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is relevant experience we are able to obtain references for in a Primary School Setting.
