This practice is looking for a candidate that prides in going above and beyond whilst also providing clients with a high-level management.
About the role :
- Practice Manager
- Full-Time role – 3-5+ days per Week
- Up to £31,000 per annum – £15 per hour
- Dental background experience is ideal
- Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities :
- Foster a positive work environment
- Ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction
- Handle financial aspects, including budgeting and billing
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice
- Manage a team of dental professionals and support staff
- Implement and monitor practice policies and procedures
The practice:
- Practice offers a range of treatments including: Cosmetic, Facial Dentistry and more
- Knowledgeable team including Principal, Receptionist, Hygienist, Nurses and dentists on-site
- Well-equipped and Fully digital with Pearl System, OPG, CBCT and Intra Oral Scanner
- Parking available
