We are looking for a Practice Manager to join us in our busy practice in Reading 

  • A full-time and permanent role located in the Meadway Shopping Centre in Tilehurst, Reading with on-site parking 
  • You will be joining a 5 surgery practice that will soon be expanding to 10 surgeries
  • They provide a wide range of specialist NHS and Private treatments including, six month smile, teeth whitening, implants, and much more!

    • As a Practice Manager at mydentist:

    • You will drive your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets

    • You will lead a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engage with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship

    • You will manage compliance and meet the requirements of our regulators

    • You will analyse financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
