Practice Administrator

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £20,000-£22,000

FULL-TIME OFFICE ROLE

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring for a Practice Administrator to join an international accounting practice in Birmingham City Centre.

The family-feel firm are looking for a friendly face to join the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • General admin duties including answering telephone calls, booking couriers and greeting clients
  • Supporting the wider team including management
  • Ordering stationary supplies
  • Managing and handling sales invoices to clients, the invoice system and queries
  • Meticulous attention to detailed records of client contract data
  • Working closely with the Compliance Manager to prepare documentation

    • The ideal candidate:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar admin position
  • Sales invoicing experience
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages
