Plumbing SupervisorMechanical Supervisor required for immediate work on commercial new build projects across Milton Keynes and surround areas. Typical projects are schools, hospitals, offices, & retail, with values of £250k - £2mLong term work CIS or LTD paying up to £235 per day overseeing direct and sub contract labourThe successful applicant will come from a mechanical trade background and be able to overcome various day to day problems overseeing a team of plumbers working on new build commercial projectsYou will be able to manage a mixture of sub-contract and agency labour across various parts of the project and will lead tool box talks and health and safety notices where required and arrange inductions.As an experienced foreman you must be client facing and will be expected to represent our clients professional reputation at all times.You will be expected from time to time to be able to assist with difficult parts of the installation as well as offer advice and practical solutions to design issues and alterations.To apply for this position please send a CV through the portal and we will contact you or call Padstone Recruitment Ltd on (phone number removed)Immediate start required
