A local authority based in London is seeking a Planning Paralegal for an initial period of three months.
This is an ongoing temporary role.
The successful Planning Paralegal will be required to support fee earners, open and close files, pay invoices, alongside all carrying out fee earner work relating to S.
106 agreements, legal research and executing documents using DocuSign.
Previous experience working as a Planning Paralegal is essential.
Local government experience is advantageous.
You must be able to work on a hybrid working basis as office attendance is required.
Due to the urgent nature of the role, we are seeking candidates available on no more than 2 weeks’ notice.
