Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied caseload encompassing EL/PL/OL/CICA cases
- Handling both pre-litigated and litigated files
- Conducting ASPIC/Court of Session/Sheriff Court work adeptly
- Proficiently taking statements and conducting liability investigations
- Collaborating with medical experts and Counsel as needed
- Skilfully drafting summonses/writs and representing clients in court/tribunal proceedings
