Personal Injury Solicitor / Associate - Manchester - Hybrid - up to £45,000 salary

An exciting opportunity to join a Top 100 law firm. The firm are now seeking to appoint a Solicitor / Associate to join their busy Personal Injury team and drive forward a resilient department.

The role involves working on your own caseload from initial instructions to settlement alongside supervising members of the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of handling a caseload of Employers Liability/Public Liability matters from inception to completion (Fast and Multi Track) along with supervision experience.

The successful candidate will have the benefit of full administrative support.

The Candidate

• Personal Injury Solicitor / Associate
• Experience of handling a Employers Liability/Public Liability caseload
• Litigation experience and thorough understanding of the CPR
• Supervision experience
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
