We work with world-leading artists and estates across various sectors, including printmaking, book publishing, NFTs, digital content, and art research – all underpinned by cutting-edge research in analytics, AI, and machine learning.

HENI is growing rapidly and we are now hiring an Personal Assistant for one of our senior leadership team – this is a great entry-level opportunity, to get hands-on experience within the business.

You will assist with various tasks but primarily focus on diary and inbox management so you will need to be able to prioritise, be meticulous and have a high level of accuracy.

This would suit someone with a flexible ‘can-do’ attitude and eagerness to learn.

The Ideal Candidate Profile:

• No prior PA experience necessary but being able to demonstrate similar tasks such as diary management, dealing with busy inboxes would be advantageous
• Strong academics would be beneficial, such as a First-Class university degree or equivalent (in any discipline)
• Fluency in another language would be useful, with Spanish being an advantage
• Must be contactable out of hours at evenings and weekends when necessary
• Desire and ability to learn
• Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English
• High level of discretion and meticulous attention to detail
• Comfortable with rolling sleeves up, juggle priorities, and willing to go above and beyond
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly
• Pro-active, focused, and resilient person who enjoys problem-solving
