Experience a fast-paced environment where you'll wear many hats (think minute-taking, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and setting reminders, following up on actions). Your Skills Will Shine: You're an experienced PA/EA with a high level of accuracy and a highly organised person! Ideally you have experience of managing multiple diaries for different stakeholders. You possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Tech-savvy? We need you! Master of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Word? That's a big plus. You're a pro at managing multiple priorities and keeping cool under pressure while juggling different stakeholders diaries sometimes across different time zones. Experience with minute taking, setting up multi-platform meetings, and organizing events is a major bonus. Because of the nature of this role we're looking for someone who is happy to be in the office 4 days a week and be in-person meetings, liaise with people face to face and easily build rapport with various stakeholders.
