Pay : depending on experience 

Location : Next Head Office, Leicester 

Immediate start 

Experience preferred  

Shift : Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 16:00pm 

Temp to perm  

Mach Recruitment is recruiting for a Personal Assistant to work at NEXT Head Office in Leicester 

The role:  

The successful candidate will offer essential day to day support in this growing and ever-changing environment. The role will be based in the office, you may on occasion be asked to attend the Market Harborough and London offices as well.  

Requirements:  

• Highly organised 
• Clear and confident communicator  
• Strong PC skills  
• High levels of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy 
• Experience of working at Senior Manager/Director level 
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment 

Responsibilities:  

Managers Support:

• Manage diaries for both internal and external meetings for Licensing and Label Managers. 
• Processing Managers expenses. 
• Invoice management - approve invoices on Managers behalf. 
• Assist with UK & Overseas travel arrangements. 
• Arranging onsite, offsite meetings and department away days. 

Department Admin:

• Maintain contact with the Market Harborough and Leicester office. 
• Manage meeting room calendars and ensure the meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy and all equipment is in working order. 
• Ordering stationery and other equipment/consumables when required. 
• Coordinate post/parcel collection and pick-up. 
• Oversee general housekeeping of the departments / office space. 
• Be the first point of contact for new starters at the London Office. 
• Contact point for Facilities/IT including issues with equipment. 
• Assist with social engagement at Glen House and actively engage with the team to encourage participation!
