We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant/Office Manager to join our team at Empowering Tech, a dynamic and fast-growing company.
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to the executives and senior management team, ensuring their schedules run smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and conducting research on behalf of the executives.
In addition to administrative tasks, you may also be required to assist with special projects and events, and provide support to other team members as needed.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, excellent organisational and multitasking skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Westbury, Wiltshire.
