Personal Assistant Edinburgh – Hybrid Full-time, 5-month contract Meraki Talent is partnered with a reputable financial services firm based in Edinburgh to appoint an experienced PA to their leadership. This is a full-time opportunity (35 hours) for a period of 5 months. It offers an excellent hourly rate and a hybrid working model. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great organisation and provide a high standard of efficient support. You will be responsible for a diverse set of activities, involving several stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide a highly efficient, reliable and fully proactive PA service to a director/s to support their business effectiveness
  • Working with highly confidential and sensitive material and always maintaining professionalism
  • Being able to be flexible and shift approach to a range of business processes and stakeholders
  • Being able to deal with multiple tasks and issues simultaneously
  • Anticipating the demands and pressures placed on the Head of Function to prioritise work accordingly
  • Collate and present key management information & plans as required to support  the leadership team their business areas
ESSENTIAL
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Personal Assistant
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and build effective relationships with all stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to provide information reporting at a high standard
  • Excellent work ethic and a willingness to take the initiative and ownership to see things through to completion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, within a fast paced environment/role
