Personal Assistant in Camden Town

A hugely successful Asset Management firm are looking to hire an experienced Personal Assistant to cover a maternity cover contract.

You will be based in the company’s gorgeous, slick new offices in a prime Soho location, providing essential PA support to a small asset management team.

Candidates should have previous Personal Assistant/Team Assistant experience, ideally within asset management or property and be able to hit the ground running.

This is a fully office-based role, contracted for 6 months initially.

Tasks include:nDiary management including liaison with other EA’s both internally and externally.

nTravel coordination including accommodation, transport and logistics.

nDocument maintenance on SharePoint and uploading reportsnCoordination of contract signing and mailing.

nAdministrative support, including Word document, Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint creation.

nManage phone and email enquiries for the team and wider office.

nFront of House management including receiving clients on arrival, setting up boardroom meetings and coordinating catering.

nOverseeing office inventory, services and maintenance service providers.

Key requirements:nMinimum 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant / Team Assistant within a corporate officenStrong written and verbal communication skillsnProactive with a can-do attitudenTeam player
