Robert Half Talent Solution are seeking an experienced Pensions Administrator to join a Neath based organisation on a Temporary basis until June 30th, with the possibility of extension.

Role Overview: Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accurate and timely processing of pension-related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process pension contributions, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and databases related to pension scheme members.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from scheme members, retirees, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with the preparation of pension communications and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Adhere to relevant regulations and compliance standards in pension administration.

    • Requirements:

  • Previous experience in pension administration.
  • Previous experience in pension administration within the Education sector, particularly Teachers Pensions Scheme / submitting MCR returns will be highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of pension regulations and legislation (desirable but not essential).
