Role: Pensions & Investments Administrator

Location: St Neots

Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm

Salary: dependant on experience up to £26,000

I am looking for a strong administrator to join a financial services team in St Neots. Must have great attention to details and ideally the ambition to progress within a new role.

What will you be doing in the role?

Provide general administrative support to the pensions and investments advisers and paraplanners

Process pension and investment applications, withdrawals, transfers and other related transactions

Prepare client packs for annual reviews and timely processing of any requirements from returned packs

Communicate with clients, financial advisers and providers to enable timely responses to their enquiries

Maintain a good understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements (ongoing support provided)

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for pension and investment accounts

What we would like from you:

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word for written communications

Basic understanding of financial markets and interest in investment products and pension schemes

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Prior experience in a financial services or an administrative role is desired.
