This Academy are seeking a resilient and strong-minded PE Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis starting this September.

Your role will involve working closely with students who have struggled in previous mainstream settings, offering tailored support both 1-to-1 and in group sessions.

Situated in the bustling Southend town, this Academy is a devoted learning environment dedicated to offering outstanding assistance to pupils who have encountered difficulties in mainstream schools.

Creating a welcoming and supportive environment is their goal in order to enable each student to reach their potential.

The successful Physical Education Teacher would have key responsibilities: Create and present dynamic physical education classes that motivate students and address their specific requirements.

Foster a positive and inclusive environment, encouraging students to reach their full potential.

Collaborate with other staff members to create comprehensive support plans for each student.

Monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies to ensure continuous improvement.

The ideal Candidate: Accomplished PE teacher who is passionate about assisting pupils in overcoming obstacles.

Tolerant, adaptive, resilient, and well-aware of the difficulties experienced by kids who have had difficulty in traditional schools.

Will have capacity to inspire and motivate pupils both individually and in groups.

Proactive approach to creative lesson design and issue solving.
