PE Teacher in Bolton

PE teacher - Bolton - SeptemberWe are supporting a secondary school in Bolton who are recruting for a qualified teacher of PE to join them for the whole of the 24/25 academic year. The role will be full time and you will be required to teach KS3 & 4 children. Also if you have also recently taught BTEC PE this would be advantageous.If you have experience coaching a school team of netball, football or rounders would be advantageous, but not essential, it would be ideal if you were willing to be part of a coaching team of any of the above sports.Start date September 2024End date - July 2025Full timeMinimum rate of pay £153 per dayHours 8.30-4pm Monday to FridayEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONSQTS, QTLS or equivalentMinimum 1 year teaching experience in the UKUp to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, however training can be provided)Up to date Prevent Awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, however, training can be provided)TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:Hold Right to Work in the UKHold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new applicationProvide two professional child related referencesIf you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
