The practiceprovides a holistic accounting service to their clients acrossaccounts tax payroll bookkeeping CIS and VAT and services clientsof all sizes across a range of sectors including manufacturingprofessional services marketing sales healthcare startups ect.

This is apivotal Payroll Manager position where you will report into thePartners and look after your own portfolio of 180 payrolls rangingfrom Director only to small ltdcompanies.

Thereis also scope to get involved in other areas of the practice tooshould you wish such as bookkeeping vat etc. This practice promotesa fantastic work life balance and hybrid working 2 days a week fromhome.

• Managemultiple payrolls for a diverse client portfolio.
  
• Supportthe team with processes relevant to payroll including starters andleavers.
  
• Ensureaccurate information is obtained from clients to validate payrolldata.
  
• Assistwith maintaining pension records including processing payrollpayments and statutoryreductions.
  
• Completeyearend processes andsubmissions.
  
• Managingqueries related to tax benefits salaryallowances.
  
• Actas a mentor to junior members of theteam.
  
• Supportthe Partners with networking and business developmentopportunities.
  

• Theideal candidate for the positions will have either bureau oraccountancy practice payrollexperience.
  
• BeCIPP qualified part qualified or qualified byexperience.
  
• Haveexperience in dealing with a mix of weekly and monthlypayrolls.
  
• Behardworking and up for a challenge in a fastpaced workingenvironment.
  
• Havegood software and technical payrollknowledge.
