A highly reputable and very impressive business are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join their team.
This is an exceptionally rare role and a very important role for the business.
As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Full ownership of the payroll function – providing a full start to finish service
* All HMRC submissions and year end activities
* POC for all payroll related queries
* Benefits administration – liaising with benefit providers, negotiating new benefits & benefit communication across the business
* Leading on payroll related projects
* Providing payroll reports
* Performing payroll reconciliations
* Working with internal & external auditors
* Managing one Payroll Administrator
Candidates must be comfortable with taking ownership of the payroll function whilst remaining hands on!
