An experienced Payroll Manager is needed to manage a large payroll team to deliver a high-volume payroll.

This is a permanent role & a superb chance to work for a leading brand in their field.

As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Overall responsibility for a high volume payroll function
* Managing a busy and varied payroll over multiple different payrolls
* Managing a team on a daily basis- conducting appraisals, one to ones, delivering development plans
* Monthly payroll reporting for the wider business
* Extensive stakeholder management
* Managing all payroll procedures and projects
* Managing all payroll escalations

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate proven payroll management experience, managed staff and worked on payroll projects.
