MERJE are working with an international and leading payments business who are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team, it's part of a small and fast growing team offering great flexibility and great opportunity going forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Legal advice on commercial and technical matters
- Working across a full sales cycle supporting from a Legal aspect
- Help manage contract flow.
- Working with the General Counsel on administrative tasks
- Working with business stakeholders providing Legal view points on general commercial matters
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor/Barrister
- Extensive experience in global payments and commercial contracts
- Strong Data Privacy knowledge
- Comfortable working with business stakeholders and customers
