Patent Support Specilaist

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced patent secretary who is keen to take the next step and become a Patent Support Specialist working closely with a senior partner.
This role will suit candidates with ideally 6+ years of solid experience in covering a wide range of patent support work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the Fee Earner’s caseloads and deadlines alongside incoming/outgoing client-related emails
- Drafting standard correspondence, new applications and response uploads
- Managing WIP charges
- Preparing all billing requirements
- Autonomously handling any ad-hoc day-to-day requirements
