Establish strong relationships with new & existing channel partners/resellers to grow revenue
Develop strategic relationships to plan and deliver co-sell activities to create new pipelines according to go-to-market strategy
Lead the creation of the EMEA partner management strategy
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Actively build relationships and align with the Ataccama sellers, Sales leaders and Partners
Implement account development plans and understand our partners' goals to increase revenue growth and customer satisfaction with channel partners
Develop opportunities through prospecting, leads generated via webinars, email promotions, trade shows, events, web inquiries and phone inquiries, etc. using consultative sales skills
Participate in ad-hoc sales campaigns and programs to help create new prospects/opportunities
Utilize the CRM system to ensure activities are documented, opportunities are forecasted accurately, and have adequate information about the prospect and/or opportunity
Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities
Work with partners throughout the sales process, enabling them towards independent local distributors, while also ensuring they are following the correct sales methodology
Drive bi-weekly syncs with preferred partners in order to achieve sales goals, pipeline and targets etc.
Identify strong patterns in your partners portfolios, utilizing it for the rest of the partner programs

Experience with creating, defining and executing a successful go-to-market & regional strategy with Partners by industry
Strong experience in B2B and SaaS software sales
Minimum 3 years of experience in Partner Sales
Must be able and willing to travel regularly for conferences, partner & customer visits etc. (at least 30%)
You are comfortable with technology, curious to learn more, and know how to explain complex technical concepts to business users
You have strong communication skills and are great at building relationships
You have a hunter mindset, a can-do attitude, and a strong sense of accountability
You are self-motivated and can produce results with minimal oversight
You enjoy presenting and speaking in front of large groups
You welcome an international work environment and are willing to travel
Experienced with demand generation strategies and market development
