Part Time Receptionist in Longlane

Receptionist – Part Time (Mornings)Part Time –  08:30 – 13:15  – 43 weeks per year.

Downe House are recruiting for a Receptionist to join our front of house administration team.

Working mornings your role will be to provide a friendly and professional welcome to Downe House visitors both in person and over the phone.

As an experienced Receptionist you will be able to handle a variety of tasks that the morning Reception needs to undertake such as morning registration, preparing tour packs and manging the lost property system!

Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and databases will be advantageous – but training will be given.

You will be required to work during term time plus 9 weeks during holiday periods and up to 5 Saturday mornings to provide registration for parental events.
