Our client who is a highly successful architectural practice based in Winchester now has a Part I Architectural Assistant job available! With several long-term conservation and high-end residential projects underway, they are looking to add a Part I Architectural Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate would have excellent 3D Visualization skills, passionate about classical and traditional design and be ready to develop a long-term career in the practice.

With their projects being featured in several industry and lifestyle publications regularly, the practice’s portfolio of projects ranges from beautiful historic buildings and private homes to commercial properties and interiors in the UK and internationally.

Due to ongoing success, they now require a Part I Architectural Assistant with strong 3d visualization skills to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • To work on bespoke, high-end conservation and heritage projects throughout the UK
  • Develop 3D visualisations to complete current and future projects
  • Working across all RIBA stages
  • Carry out project research
  • Report to the Project Architects on project progress
  • Produce design and technical drawings, with detailed joinery fittings in a traditional style.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in bespoke detailing on traditional, high end or classical projects
  • Must be Part I qualified
  • Must have relevant UK project experience
  • Passion for classical and traditional architecture
  • Strong flair for design and strong technical knowledge and skills
  • -Portfolio demonstrating strong 3D visuals
  • Experience using ArchiCAD would be beneficial but not essential, full training will be provided.
