Mills Chody LLP is a well-established firm with three offices in North West and Central London.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic paralegal to join our fast paced residential property team at our Hatch End office.
The successful candidate will work alongside a property solicitor and will assist in file openings, AML checks, file management/case progression and pre-post-completion work coupled with various administrative duties delegated by the solicitor.
Candidates must:
1.
Have successfully completed the LPC and good academic record;
2.
Be IT literate and possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other case management software;
3.
Have a good understanding with practical experiences of residential property matters and be able to demonstrate the same;
5.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently, efficiently and have exceptional attention to detail.
6.
Be able to prioritise, well organised and display good use of own initiative; and
7.
Have the ability to transact proficiently with clients and third parties in a clear concise manner.
