Painter£20 per hourChelmsford, EssexGap Construction are currently recruiting for experienced Painters to work on a large commercial project in Chelmsford, Essex. Painters dutiesPrepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and removing old paint.Fill holes, cracks, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers.Mix and match paint, stain, and other finishes to job specifications.Apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.Ensure high-quality finishes on both interior and exterior surfaces.Clean up and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.Follow safety procedures and company guidelines. Painters SpecificationValid CSCS card.Must have full PPE and own tools.Proven experience as a painter or similar role.Knowledge of painting techniques and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Ability to perform manual tasks.Excellent communication and time management skills.
