Role overview:

As an Operations Executive at Threepipe Reply, you will enjoy working as part of our team as well as working independently.

This will include communicating effectively and being open to guidance and advice from more experienced colleagues.

Paid Search will form the bedrock of your knowledge coming in but we will train you across multiple channels so that gradually your experience can be applied across accounts more broadly.

The role will include reporting to the Account Director.

Responsibilities:

• Your main focus will be on performance campaigns to deliver the best results for our clients within Paid Search and Social
• You'll manage campaigns day-to-day for various clients, aiming to meet specific goals and fine-tuning budgets and strategies against KPIs
• Setting up campaigns, ensuring strict adherence to naming conventions and accurate tracking implementation
• Optimising campaigns, and closely monitoring budgets, pacing, and performance to maximise effectiveness
• You'll suggest new ideas and insights gained from managing accounts to keep up with the constantly changing channels
• Reporting campaign performance to Account Managers and Directors in Excel, highlighting changes and optimisations made. Producing and analysing advanced daily/weekly/monthly reports to extract actionable insights

About the candidate:

• A good grasp of Excel and strong analytical skills to analyse data sets into meaningful actions
• 1+ years' experience managing and optimising paid search or paid social campaigns working towards your clients' goals on a DR or performance basis
• Comfortable with full account builds, restructures and audits according to best practice
• Experience running non-paid search campaigns and Adserver Tracking
• Exposure to working with product feeds and Shopping campaigns
• Any experience with direct client exposure
