Are you a Registered Nurse (either a Paediatric Nurse or an Adult Nurse with experience of working with Children) with community and/or complex care experience, either with management experience or looking to take that next step into a leadership role?
If so, then read on… You will be managing a caseload of clients in the Sussex area, building relationships with the clients and their families, overseeing care plans, supporting the induction of new staff into the clients, ensuring the quality of care is delivered.
About you * You will be a Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN.
* Experience of providing community-based care ideally complex care.
* You will ideally have experience of working with individuals with Tracheostomies, ABI, Spinal injuries.
* Able to commit to a flexible working pattern and participate in the provision of the telephone based out of hours service on a rotational basis.
* You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.

* Our client will offer you a salary of £45,000 plus a company car, increasing to £47,250 on completion of probation.
