Job Title: PA to Managing Director

Salary: £24,000 – £26,000

Location: Birmingham

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to present a fantastic new role for a PA to Managing Director.

The successful candidate would have the opportunity to join a fantastic Accountancy Firm that is growing continuously.

To be considered you must have previous experience as a PA.

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Diary management – this would include meetings, travel and preparing itineraries.
  • Email Management.
  • Organise board meetings the companies – ensuring all information packs are prepared for the relevant board meetings.
  • Ensure all projects that are under way are understood and information can be relayed back to the Executive.
  • All other ad hoc PA duties.

    • Candidate Criteria:

  • Previous experience as a PA is necessary.
  • A good attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately is key.
  • Must have excellent communication skills as communication with internal and external individuals is a key part of the role.
  • The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure.
  • A high achiever who is willing to get stuck in with work and make a difference.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
