We are proud to be working in partnership with a business in the recruitment of an Executive level PA in the East Kent area, reporting into the Finance Director in a busy and challenging permanent role.

Acting as an extension to the Director in a range of traditional range PA duties, you will have at least five years solid previous experience of supporting at Director level, experience of working within a fast past environment and superb time management being the ‘norm’.

5 hours a week, Monday to Friday with a highly competitive salary and perks with the role.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable to change, have a keen eye for detail, good with figures, able to review and produce reports.

Minute taking, audio typing and IT proficient in MS packages.

Person and skills:

Diary management, scheduling meetings and organising travel arrangements
Strong communication, ability to represent at a senior level to a range of clients
Excellent MS Applications, ability to produce and review management reports
Secretarial and administrative duties to include Power Point presentations
