Location : London Bridge



Hours : Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm, full-time office-based



Holiday : 23 days plus bank holidays

Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for a vibrant and dynamic work environment? Our client, a successful design company based near London Bridge, is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join their team. If you possess excellent organisational skills and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this could be the perfect role for you!



Responsibilities :



  • Provide general support and a warm welcome to visitors

  • Serve as the main point of contact for office administrative duties, including IT, maintenance, supplies, and equipment

  • Liaise with property landlord and office maintenance subcontractors

  • Oversee office supplies and equipment

  • Schedule appointments and meetings

  • Book travel and accommodation

  • Help organise in-house and off-site activities and events

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires

  • Provide an outstanding level of customer support to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Perform any other duties as required



    • Requirements :



  • Previous experience in a similar Office Manager role

  • Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong administration skills and impeccable attention to detail

  • Confident personality with exceptional communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to solve problems
