The Role:nWe are currently seeking a dynamic and versatile Office Manager to join our team. This role will be based in our modern offices in central London and will involve a diverse range of responsibilities encompassing HR, recruitment, and executive assistance.
Basic salary: £30,000 pa + commission. OTE £50,000
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:nOversee HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and policy enforcement.nCoordinate employee benefits, leave requests, and payroll administration.nAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.nAct as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment
Recruitment:nManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.nCollaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.nBuild and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.nContinuously seek opportunities to enhance the recruitment process and attract top talent to the organization
Executive Assistance:nProvide high-level administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.nAssist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.nHandle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.nAct as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
Office Management:nMaintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming office environment.nManage office supplies inventory and procurement.nCoordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.nHandle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Qualifications:nPrevious experience in a similar role, ideally within the real estate or property industrynAn understanding of HR practices and employment law.nExperience with recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques - desirablenExceptional organizational and time management skills.nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.nProficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).nAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.nDiscretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
