Team Leader – Essex – Salary up to £80,000 REF 651488TB

The Role

A rare opportunity to join a leading Essex law firm in their South Essex office to effectively head up and grow that office.

Due to continuing success of opening new offices in Essex, they are looking to add a senior solicitor to their South Essex office to help grow the team there.

This is a rare 50/50 split of fee earning/managing for a senior Solicitor, who ideally has experience developing and managing a team.

The successful candidate will have strong commercial leadership skills and will ideally be a current partner or senior associate.

They would also consider a candidate with business development experience in the professional services arena.

The Candidate

• Experienced Solicitor with a minimum of five years PQE

• Experience of running their own caseload

• Experience running their own department

• Excellent organisation and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
