We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join us on a full-time basis, working 37.

5 hours per week, for a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Role



As our Office Assistant, following comprehensive training, you will oversee the general day-to-day running of our office and all facilities.



Acting as the first point of contact for the business, you will greet visitors issue staff and visitor passes and answer and direct incoming phone calls.



You will act as the main contact for the Property Management Team.

Reporting any maintenance issues, you will liaise with the cleaning company and oversee waste management and recycling activities.



Additionally, you will:



- Manage bookings for meeting rooms


- Help to organise office social events for employees


- Support health and safety activity within the office


- Order office stationery and other supplies
