Full Job Description Meraki Talent is currently looking to recruit a non contentious Construction Associate to Senior Associate (2 plus PQE) to join a renowned firm and team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. This opportunity is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career by gaining hands on experience working on complex, varied and interesting construction matters. This firm particularly cares and invests in their staff's development from the outset. They offer flexibility and genuine career progression opportunities. Duties and responsibilities of the Construction Solicitor:
- To advise and assist clients on a broad range of construction contracts specifically in the Scottish legal market
- You will work on NEC3/NEC4 forms of contract
- You will work with the team on more complex matters but also autonomously on others
- You will help develop and grow client relationships
- Qualified Scots Law Solicitor
- 2 plus years' post qualification experience
- Non contentious construction experience required
