As our Night Manager, you will be at the helmof the overnight operations, collaborating closely with our esteemed Managersto ensure seamless service across every aspect of the hotel experience. Yourrole will be diverse, spanning Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping,and the Kitchen, requiring ambition and adaptability to excel in variousscenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the General Manager, guests, and the operationalteam, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
• Maintain our renowned service standards through constantmonitoring and proactive adjustments as necessary.
• Take charge of hotel security during night hours, ensuring thesafety and well-being of guests and team members.
• Conduct regular health and safety checks to uphold ourcommitment to providing a secure environment.
• Uphold and elevate our reputation for exceptional customerservice, fostering strong and lasting relationships with guests.
• Be prepared to manage any incidents or accidents involvingguests or team members with professionalism and efficiency.
• Offer operational support to all departments as needed, ensuringa cohesive and efficient overnight operation.
• Run night audit procedures and generate insightful nightlyreports for senior managers, providing valuable insights for strategicdecision-making.

What you Need:

• Previous experience as a Night Manager or Head of Departmentwithin a 5-star hotel environment.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on motivation andteam development.
• Resilience and a commitment to delivering excellence, even underchallenging circumstances.
• Familiarity with Micros and Opera systems preferred, showcasingyour adaptability to hotel-specific software.
