As a Night Coordinator, working 37.5 hours a week, you will lead and manage the quality of nursing care for service users during night shifts, ensuring the service runs smoothly.
You will be a pivotal member of the operational management team and will be supporting the Nurses, Senior Nurses and clinical teams across Potters Bar Clinic during the night shifts. You will lead, manage and coordinate clinical duties to ensure quality and safety is maintained.
As a senior member of the night shifts team, you will provide guidance, supervision and training to junior members of the team, this will see you support with online training, check observation levels, evaluate the quality of work and review the effectiveness of the team.

Potters Bar Clinic provides 23 acute beds, across two wards for men and women who have enduring mental health problems. Service delivery is driven by the principles of rehabilitation and recovery and the belief that everyone has the capacity for both.
