Position Overview

Montcalm Collection are looking for an ambitious and passionate Night Auditor  who strives to provide and inspire incredible guest service that creates truly memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

The Night Auditor will be responsible for providing superior customer service to our guests while ensuring that all hotel financials are accurately reported. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented and is looking to grow within the hospitality industry. We are looking for a motivated individual with the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, prior experience in a customer service role, prior experience working with computers, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

 

As Night Auditor you will:

• Be our guests’ main point of contact overnight

• Be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel

• Process payments • Respond to guest requests and queries

• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements and skills

  • Previous experience working within a customer service environment preferred.
  • Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Confidence interacting with guests 
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal English
  • The ability to work independently 
  • A positive mindset
  • A genuine passion for working in hospitality
  • Strong communication skills, (verbal, written, listening)
  • Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Multitasking, organisational skills and time management skills
  • Positive demeanour
  • Proactive and reliable
  • Good level of English essential
