Why do we need you?


We’re looking for a New Business Team Leader to join our New Accounts team to lead, motivate and inspire our Business Development Advisors to provide a world-class customer experience to all new consumers who approach MoneyPlus for financial advice and guidance.

What do we need you to do?


  • Prioritise the workload to be organised, maintain standards, and maximise the potential of the prospects.
  • Keep motivation and spirits high amongst the team, setting creatives incentives and driving performance to achieve targets.
  • Track team and individual targets, ensuring all advisors know what is expected of them and the team they’re a part of.
  • Floor walk and live listen to calls to maintain regulatory compliance standards and identify opportunities for coaching and performance management.
  • Creatively communicate with customers and colleagues to optimise commercial output as well as customer satisfaction.



What skills and experience do we need you to have?


  • Experience leading a team in a target driven environment is essential for this role.
  • Motivation and drive to deliver and exceed targets and expectations.
  • Effective communication and efficient problem solving skills.
  • Proficient ability to use Windows Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as learn new systems swiftly.
  • Although not essential, experience in a contact centre or financial services environment would be an advantage.
