As an Infrastructure Manager, you will leverage your expertise in your designated technology area.
You will oversee the delivery of Infrastructure Improvement Programmes, managing large scale budgets.
This role involves engaging with various stakeholders through established governance forums.
This role is hands-off, concentrating on ensuring our clients' infrastructure runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
It involves extensive third-party management to maintain optimal performance and service delivery.
You will oversee and coordinate various service providers to guarantee seamless operations and address any issues promptly and efficiently.
Your expertise will be crucial in upholding high standards and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Dimensions:
- Expertise in creating high-performing virtual teams across multiple suppliers to ensure successful service delivery.
- Proven track record of delivering key components of Infrastructure Management in line with the IM Handbook.
