National Key Account Manager – OEM / Bathroom Pod / Modular


We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a National Key Accounts Manager within a specialist market, working for an international manufacturer of bathroom products.

This role focuses on developing and expanding our presence in the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Bathroom Pods, and Modular construction sectors.


In this key role, you will be responsible for driving new and repeat business within the OEM, Pod, and Modular sectors nationally.

You will manage existing relationships with key OEM direct accounts while working closely with the project teams to secure new opportunities with in-direct accounts.

This position will require you to track opportunities, manage them through to conversion, and establish the company as a trusted partner within this specialist sector.


You will be expected to maintain CRM records and collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment and visibility.

Securing new OEM clients in line with agreed targets and following the OEM strategy will be crucial for success.

This role represents a significant sales opportunity for the team, and you will be tasked with ensuring annual growth in line with business objectives.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Develop Relationships with OEM and Modular Manufacturers: You will be responsible for managing and developing strong partnerships with both direct and in-direct OEM manufacturers, working to secure product specifications across the company's portfolio through a systems-selling approach.


  • Establish as a Key Partner: Build and solidify relationships with key OEM manufacturers to secure the use of products across all bathroom solutions they provide.


  • Pipeline Development: Use industry tools and networking (e.g., Barbour ABI, CRM) to identify and create a pipeline of major projects, converting these opportunities into revenue.


  • Strategic Focus: Maintain a clear plan targeting key accounts and stakeholders to capture new business in the short and long term.


  • Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of existing accounts with an annual spend of £2.5m. You’ll manage relationships with clients spending between £150k to £650k, with regular touchpoints through calls, meetings, and reviews to ensure partnerships are maximised.


  • New Business Development: Engage with developing accounts that have significant untapped potential, using a different approach to unlock new opportunities.


  • Growth Focused: This is an exciting chance to be a part of expanding the POD / OEM / Modular market nationally, with the goal to double sales to £5m in the next 4-5 years. As the business grows, so will your role and opportunities within the company.



What We’re Looking For:

Experience in OEM, POD, or Modular Sectors: A strong background in any of these sectors is key.

While experience within the bathroom industry is beneficial, we also welcome candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, construction, or engineering.


  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with OEM and modular manufacturers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.


  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the OEM, POD, and Modular markets and the ability to navigate and leverage this knowledge to drive business growth.
