Multi Trade Operative in Blackheath

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our team. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis in return for a competitive salary of £(phone number removed) per annum working 40 hours per week. There is also the opportunity to earn £366 per week in call out payments (minimum).Black Country Homeforce is our in-house building maintenance team that operates throughout Birmingham and the Black Country. The work will involve all aspects of the repair process from the initial receipt of a general works order to satisfactory completion of works on siteSpecific tasks of the role include, but are not limited to: - To execute works in accordance with trade qualifications and assist other trade operatives to fulfil their work orders- Ensure works completed are to the highest standard and are correctly completed first time as reasonably practicable- Participate as a multi skilled operative in the delivery of an effective out of hours’ emergency repair service on a rota system- Ensure all KPI's are met including productivity levels, quality of work, 'right first time', recalls and appointments kept.
