With a track record of excellence and customer satisfaction, the repair centre is seeking a Multi Skilled Technician to join their team.As a Multi Skilled Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of the day to day in the business and in restoring vehicle to their pre-accident condition. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organisational skills and attention to detail.As a Multi Skilled Technician, you will be responsible for but not limited to: * You will work alongside a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment * Repairing and the reshape / replacement of vehicle body panels, to restore vehicle to their pre-accident condition * Strip & Refit of vehicle components for repair replacements * Conducting thorough assessment of vehicle damage and identifying the repair needs * Adhere to the health and safety standards in line with the safety regulations to carry out quality of repair to customers vehicles * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and trim issues on vehicles with effectiveness * Repairing and replacements of damaged components, electrical wiring, interior trim, and mechanical systems * Ensure a clean working environment * Demonstrate high-quality paint spraying skills * Preparing vehicles before painting * You will possess good knowledge in surface properties and preparation, understanding of all spraying techniques – wealth of knowledge with colour matching and the characteristics of various coatings and finishes * Manage your own workload effectively * Maintain relevant records and complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner * A keen eye for attention to detail and problem solvingAs a Multi skilled Technician, you will have: * You will have served at least 3 years as a Multi Skilled Technician in an accident repair centre * Minimum of 3 years experience in painting, using all painting techniques * You will have your own spray guns and air-fed mask * Own tools & relevant PPE * Strong communication skillsWorking hours: * Monday to Friday: 7:30AM – 5PM (1 hour lunch deduction)Benefits: * Holiday allowance: 20 days + 8 bank holidays * Bonus: Time saved bonus trackerSalary: * £45K SalaryIf you are interested in a confidential conversation regarding the above position, please apply for the role or give Simmy a call on: (phone number removed)MotorMatch LTD is advertising this vacancy in its capacity as an employment business.
