We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our friendly team based at Shawell Sand and Gravel Quarry in Lutterworth.
The site is easily accessible via from Rugby, Leicester, Coventry, Hinkley, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Market Harborough, Burbage, Coalville, Tamworth and surrounding areas.

Main ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Multi Skilled Operative will work on the day-to-day operations and you will work with the team to the site plan whilst ensuring that stocks are maintained and replenished in good time.
The Multi Skilled Operative will be a part of the Quarry Operative team which produces granite products and dry aggregate material for the construction industry.
As well as delivering best in class Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality performance for our Plant operations.
The Ideal CandidateThe ideal Multi Skilled Operative will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within an Industrial, Factory or similar environment as an operative or labourer.
As well as possess good communication skills and have a real desire in developing both operative and supervisory skills.
